Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise returned must be received unworn, in the original packaging, with the shipping invoice, within 30 days of the order date, to receive a full credit in the original form of tender. It may take up to 14 days to process your return and credit your account. Returns cannot be made after 30 days due to shifts in fashion trends. A $14.95 fee for shipping your return or exchanging merchandise will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy
If a customer wishes to exchange an item, the exchange instruction form on the back of the shipping invoice will have to be filled out. Exchanges are processed like a return. Customers will receive a credit for the item(s) they are sending back and a separate charge will be issued for the exchange order that is placed. Due to the time involved in shipping and processing an exchange (up to 14 days), customers may elect to place a new order right away rather than going through exchange to process. A $14.95 fee for shipping an exchange item may be incurred and deducted from the refunded price, which will not apply for same item returns. Availability of items can change.

Pre-Order Policy
The advertised price for pre-order items may increase or decrease prior to the date the product is released to the public. However, you'll only be charged the lowest price offered between the time you place your pre-order and the date the product is released to the public. Items on pre-order are to be in stock and ready to ship to the customer at approximately the date distinguished on the pre-order. Your Credit Card will be scanned once you place your pre-order to approve your credit worthy to purchase the item. We won't charge your credit card until we ship the product to you.

Cancellations on pre-orders are not accepted. Pre-Order items are non-refundable and are only exchangeable for another size in that particular item. Merchandise exchanged must be received unworn, in the original packaging, with the shipping invoice.
